We have opened our doors since 2002 to women carrying years of fear, silence and trauma.

Trauma, whether experienced as a child or an adult, takes time to heal, and we are here to listen. Listen, and help you on your path to recovery.

We take a holistic approach. We treat women as whole people – not just as ‘cases’ or ‘victims’ – helping them rebuild their confidence, identity, and emotional resilience and skills for the future.

Women we have helped, repeatedly tell us that the support they receive feels more compassionate, responsive and effective than statutory counselling, where they can feel rushed or unheard.

All of our services are run by trained experts and are 100% confidential. We won’t talk to anyone else about what you’ve said unless you explicitly ask us to.
